Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All artwork is carefully reviewed, signed, and packaged by the artist before being shipped to you.

Once your order is placed, your print is produced by a trusted fine art printer and first shipped directly to Paul Zagala Freedom for inspection and signature. Select pieces may also include hand-brushed additions, enhancing the original design with subtle, artist-applied detail.

After inspection and preparation, your artwork is securely packaged and shipped to your address. You will receive tracking information as soon as it leaves our studio.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on production time, inspection, and any requested enhancements.

  • Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days from order to shipment.

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your piece.

  • If your order includes hand-touched additions, allow an additional 3–5 business days for completion.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each artwork is made to order and inspected by the artist prior to shipment, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

If your artwork arrives with damage or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or custom hand-brushed additions unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • All return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.

We take great care in producing and packaging each piece to ensure you receive something you’ll treasure. Thank you for understanding our policy and supporting small-batch, artist-inspected work.
